Use of the app

Simply Split is a mobile fitness app that helps users create workout splits, log workouts, manage profile information, and view workout history.

Subject to these Terms, Simply Split LLC grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The Simply Split app, including its source code, functionality, databases, software, designs, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Simply Split LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the app or its content except as permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission from Simply Split LLC.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You are also responsible for making sure your use of the app is lawful, appropriate, and consistent with these Terms.

Acceptable use and security

You agree not to use Simply Split for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not use the app in a way that could damage the app, interfere with its services, violate another person’s rights, upload harmful software, attempt unauthorized access, mine data, bypass security tools, or reverse engineer the app.

Fitness and informational use

Simply Split is provided for workout tracking and general informational purposes. The app is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, exercise, or training plan is appropriate for your personal situation. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing a fitness program, especially if you have health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions.

App availability and changes

Simply Split LLC may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or related services at any time.

The app and its content may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other reasons. We aim to keep Simply Split reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Simply Split may currently be offered without paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are added in the future, those purchases may be processed through the applicable app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Refunds, cancellations, or billing issues for app store purchases may be subject to the policies of the app store used to make the purchase.

Termination

Simply Split LLC may terminate or suspend access to the app where permitted by law, including if a user violates these Terms or misuses the app.

If you have a registered account, you may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion by contacting Simply Split LLC or using any available in-app account deletion feature.

Privacy

Your use of Simply Split is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how Simply Split LLC collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information related to the app.

Account and data deletion

Information about account and data deletion is available on our account deletion page. Users may request deletion through any available in-app deletion feature or by contacting Simply Split LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Split LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the app, including loss of data, service interruptions, or issues arising from use of the app or its content.

The app and its content are provided for general use and may contain errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Updates to these Terms

Simply Split LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted within the app or on the Simply Split website.

Continued use of the app after updated Terms are made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
