Account & Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Simply Split account and associated account data by using any in-app account deletion feature, if available, or by contacting Simply Split LLC.

When an account deletion request is processed, Simply Split LLC may delete or anonymize account information, profile information, workout-related data, and other user-submitted information reasonably linked to the account.
This may include information provided during account creation, profile setup, workout entry, and in-app activity.
Possible retention
Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup and recovery, dispute resolution, enforcement of our rights, or other purposes allowed by law.
If data cannot be immediately deleted, Simply Split LLC may securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

If you cannot access your account or use any available in-app deletion feature, contact us at simplysplit.dev@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to identify your account.
